Q: What is the best way to whiten teeth?
A: We use ZOOM in our practices. This is a "1 hour" of treatment (more like 2 hours in total) when applied with bleach and then use an ultraviolet light to activate the bleach. Are monitored with a fluoride treatment. A good dental office will make you Bleaching Trays and add a touch of basic equipment for use at home. The most important thing is not to smoke or eat or drink anything after you spot any whitening system. If the shirt can stain, like coffee, tea, red sauce, ketchup, mustard, berries, etc, then seriously stain teeth the first 48 hours after you have it done. We use this system in our practices and we have very good results. Crowns If teeth are gray or / veneers or bonding are not clear. You will have equipment that will replace or in the case of gray teeth have veneers.
