A: can you arent supposed to use peroxide in your mouth .. bad for you if you swallow the smallest amount. and bicarbonate soda tastes gross … anywho, my sister used crest white strips and they worked very well. I use trays mouth once in a while with this material may be purchased for $ 5 of so-called "5 minutes of whitening" and it works fine .. you can say after their first use, and comes with a pre-rinse. But if you want to last, use paste pearl white, her feeling a little rough, but it's good. & & If you want white teeth in one day, sell a Rembrandt Kit with 10 little things it is used as more than 4 hours and were bleached in the day .. it all depends on your patients .. because we had to nag my sis to use the bands .. she bored with them ..
