Universal Charger
I inadvertently wrecked the charger that came with my toothbrush, plugging it into a 220V outlet while on a trip to the Philippines. The outlets in that country are the same size and shape as they are here in the USA. Faced with the alternative of throwing the toothbrush away or trying my luck with this product, I chose the later. This was in spite of the fact that it was not designed to work with my model toothbrush. Fortunately, it did work. I have been happy ever since. The only drawback is the charger is about a 1/4 inch too large so the toothbrush needs to be placed carefully to avoid toppling. With the large amount of international traveling done today, it is surprising to me that universal chargers, 110-220V, are not more readily available. Note that in spite of the title, “Universal …”, this product only works on 110V.

I managed to order the wrong model charger for my Sonicare toothbrush, there is no model name on the toothbrush. I had it sent to my daughter’s home in Chicago so that I could charge my toothbrush while I was away from home. Upon discovering my mistake, I asked my daughter if she’d kept the packaging so I could return the charger. She hadn’t. I contacted Sean Pham of LustForIt, the provider of the charger and he suggested the correct charger and made it very easy to return the incorrect one, for which he refunded my money in days. My new charger came two days after I ordered it and it works perfectly!

This charger works perfectly, and it has raised sides (unlike the original) so the brush is actually more stable in this charger.
