How can avoid my teeth grinding?
Q: I grind their teeth at night and morning, my jaw is locked in profit night all my grinding. How can I avoid this?
A: You can not stop because you're doing in your sleep … get your Dentist to make a guard at night to protect their teeth and place of his jaw in a relaxed position while sleeping. If you are grinding at night because of stress in your life try to eliminate the cause of your stress and you may not need the night guard.
