Colgate Motion Toothbrush

Q: I’ve been searching in the internet for a new toothbrush and i saw the colgate motion. It says that it has 2 AA batteries but when i checked the market to buy one for me it says 2AAA batteries and the cover says “multi-action” while in the internet there’s none. Also why is that in the internet (colgate website) the handle is transparent but mine is not? why is there such difference while its only colgate motion?
A: Hello…Ok, first, you use the instructions in the box the tooth brush came in to provide you with proper battery size….As for Internet photos, Colgate makes a number of electronic toothbrushes and often times the one pictured is not necessarily the one it will look like in the store….So, use the box it came in to purchase the right batteries and if they don’t work toy take everything back to the store and get a refund.
