Gum floss-look horrible?
Q: I have a toothbrush called rotadent and has a head that supposedly does the same as flossing. Good, yesterday I thought it was something stuck behind the gum and tooth and did not go head to floss as the floss your teeth. When I pulled of the string out, each party had entered was stained red with blood! So, I floss all your teeth from others because it is obvious that you need this, and every time it was really red with blood! When I awoke the next morning, my gums looked horrible – before they were a little swollen, but still pink healthy, but when I woke up it was bright red and very swollen! It seems that the arc of my two front teeth has increased considerably, but is that a good thing? How much will this last time, and no good results? What's happening?
A: Throw that "rotadent toothbrush, since it seems to do nothing except irritate the gums. Contrary to popular belief, flossing is only intended to remove debris from between teeth – nothing else. Thus if you use too much pressure floss below the gum line, you can actually irritate the tissue and even cutting the dentate ligaments very small hoold that the tooth in place. 1.) Brush your teeth at least when you wake up and right before bedtime. (Use common toothpaste – that has enough abrasive in it.) Slightly bright – too much pressure will destroy the gum tissue and cause it to recede, exposing the roots of teeth. 2.) Floss your teeth gently, especially below the gumline. 3.) Then, take a swig of mouthwash homemade (50% water and 50% hydrogen peroxide), which will cost about $ 1.50 for a supply of 6-months. (You can buy hydrogen peroxide in most pharmacies and supermarkets for about $ 1.50 per bottle large). Swish the mixture in your mouth for about 2-3 minutes, spit it all, then rinse well under running water. Hydrogen peroxide-water solution kill bacteria around the gums and under the gum line and remove any dead tissue microscopic. (This is what causes a "foam" a little.) slowly also whiten your teeth, even if you smoke regularly. 4.) Do not use regular bleach or mouthwash. Bleach destroys healthy tissue and eliminates the enamel teeth. Regular mouthwash is around 40% alcohol and kills the tissue. (The next time you do laundry, try putting some bleach in his hand. A few seconds you will notice that your hand is slippery. The reason is that the bleach has killed the cells in the outer layers of skin and fat made into soap – A process called "soaponification. In addition, they kill all bacteria in your mouth, which is actually harmful. There is a normal flora of bacteria in the mouth, preventing the growth of most harmful bacteria.
