Multivitamins ensure the mother and baby are receiving adequate nutrition needs.
Hygiene is also an important thing to remember to start the day. There are many aspects of hygiene. Oral hygiene is an important part of hygiene. Brushing and flossing every day is vital to good oral health. When you brush your teeth you think you have everything, but there are small bacteria between the teeth where a toothbrush can not reach. If not taken care of the bacteria can accumulate and cause gingivitis. Flossing is a quick thing to do in the morning can save you money and grief later.
