What is the difference between oral b oral FlexiSoft Parts filaments of silk or action b?

Q: I purchased an Oral B 9400. so my question is that I buy more floss action brush heads or the heads are FlexiSoft

A: action thread is created in a way to get between teeth to make flossing as the action. But I think it is a little stronger and some people do not like, especially if you have sensitive teeth or gums. Then the FlexiSoft (head soft brush) may be preferable. I would go with the action of silk personally.
