Can you put fluoride toothpaste on a mouth guard while you sleep?
Q: I have very sensitive teeth. And my old Dentist gave me floride tooth paste & mouth wash. I was wondering, can I put a thin layer of tooth paste on my mouth guard while I sleep?
Or should I try soaking my mouth gaurd in my fluoride mouth wash?
