The baking soda for toothpaste?
Q: I know you can use baking soda for toothpaste, but what I'm trying to get is white teeth and I wondered if I wear a retainer of only a plastic mold around the teeth, what if I took the retention and put baking soda in the cracks and went to sleep deteriate would make your teeth whiter? or do nothing at all?
A: Baking soda is very abrasive to teeth whitening and really not at all. Going to the Dentist and get some sapphire peroxide bleaching to put in the restraint for 15 or 20 minutes.
